Pickle Me Poconos welcomes a variety of vendors, including food vendors, pickle vendors, craft businesses, retailers, nonprofits, and community organizations. If you're looking to showcase your products or services at one of the region's favorite annual festivals, we'd love to have you join us.

What types of vendors are accepted?
We welcome food vendors, food trucks, retailers, artisans, craft vendors, nonprofits, local businesses, specialty exhibitors, and other vendors that help create a fun pickle festival experience.
Is a pickle-themed item required?
Yes. Every vendor is required to feature at least one pickle-themed item, product, menu offering, or activity at their booth. We encourage you to get creative and embrace the theme.
What qualifies as a pickle-themed item?
This can include a pickle-flavored food or drink, pickle merchandise, pickle-inspired artwork, pickle décor, or another creative idea that ties into the festival.
How much does a vendor space cost?
Pickle Vendor 10x10 Space: $150
Prepared Food/Pickle Vendor 10x10 Space: $200
Prepared Food/Beverage Vendor 10x10 Space: $200

What is included with my vendor space?
Vendor spaces include the designated booth space only. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for their booth.
Are tents required?
Tents are strongly recommended for outdoor vendors. All tents must be properly secured with weights. Stakes are not permitted in paved areas.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is required. Proof must be submitted with application and payment with coverages as follows:
All vendors must have general liability insurance and coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate. Commercial Auto Insurance minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence for food truck vendors. Primary and Non-Contributory for scheduled Additional Insured. Waiver of Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others to Pocono Chamber of Commerce.
What are the vendor space dimensions?
Each vendor space measures 10' x 10'. If any portion of your booth extends beyond those dimensions, additional space(s) must be purchased.
Is electricity provided?
No. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own electricity if needed. Quiet generators are permitted in accordance with festival guidelines.
When is vendor setup?
Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM and must be completed before the festival opens. All vehicles must be removed from the festival area by 11:00 AM to allow for a safe event setup.
Can I request a specific booth location?
Premium Locations on Crystal and Washington Streets are available for an additional fee and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes! Pickle Me Poconos is a Brine or Shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable due to weather.
Will I receive setup instructions before the festival?
Yes. Accepted vendors will receive a detailed email a few days before the festival with arrival times, parking information, booth assignments, and setup instructions.
